4-Part Childbirth Education Series

These classes are for expecting parents and support partners who want to feel more informed, confident, and prepared for labor, birth, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.
Yes. Partners and support people are encouraged to attend so they can learn practical ways to offer comfort, encouragement, and calm support during labor and early postpartum.
The series covers pregnancy anatomy, releasing fear around birth, phases and stages of labor, comfort and coping techniques, birth planning, postpartum recovery, newborn care, and breastfeeding basics.
Each class is approximately 2.5 hours, with the full 4-part series totaling about 10 hours of childbirth education.
The course includes class materials, in-class activities, a workbook/notebook, a printed birth plan after Week 3, and healthy snacks. Flexible evening and weekend options may be available.
